Resumen
El Hotel Prinzregent junto a Villa Stuck se empezó a demoler en septiembre de 2016 / Su último huésped había hecho el check out el 26 de abril, pero durante dos meses más, el edificio alojó a unos inusuales inquilinos / El resultado fue una exposición colectiva en la cual cada habitación mostraba un proyecto independiente y efímero / La nuestra era la 105 / Tan solo permitimos a los visitantes mirar a través de una mirilla, una proyección de cámara oscura y una pantalla, nunca entrar, de manera que nunca pudieran ver el interior directamente con sus propios ojos.

Abstract
The hotel Prinzregent near Villa Stuck began to be demolished in
September 2016 / Its last paying guest had checked out on the 26th
of April, but for two more months, the house still accommodated
some unusual lodgers / The result was a collective exhibition where
each room showcased an independent, ephemeral project / Ours was
room 105 / We allowed visitors to look in through a camera obscura,
a peephole and a monitor, but never to trespass, so they never saw the
inside with the naked eye.
